Grasmere students in Jasper!

Posted on:

Grasmere Grade 7's enjoyed learning in the great outdoors last week. The group traveled to Jasper and stayed overnight at the Palisades Stewardship Education Centre where they spent time learning about the environment, orienteering and respectful treatment of the outdoors. They played indigenous games, learned how to use a GPS tracker, worked on team building activities, built a fire and much more.

Grasmere Principal Shelley Wyman spoke for the school sharing that they "wanted to do something fun for the Grade 7's, to commemorate their last year" at the school.
