Northern Gateway Public Schools is pleased to welcome Jennifer Ferguson to the position of Principal at Percy Baxter Middle School. 

Mrs. Ferguson is an accomplished educator, facilitator and instructional leader who began her teaching career with NGPS in Fox Creek in 2004. In 2012, she joined Division Office as a Learning Coach where she supported teachers in building capacity and universal supports and facilitated NGPS initiatives to enhance instructional practice. In 2013, Jennifer took on the role of Learning Services Coordinator where she provided support and services to schools in the areas of assessment and reporting, school redesign, technology in learning, off-campus education, and trades related programming.

Mrs. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Education Degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Education in Leadership and School Improvement from the University of Alberta.
